Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations in our galvanizing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial manufacturing, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to lead a team efficiently under high production demands.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage galvanizing operations on the production floor

Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics

Lead and train production workers, ensuring SOP compliance

Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth workflow

Prepare daily reports on production and downtime

Ensure all activities align with ISO and HSE standards
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in a galvanizing or heavy industrial plant

Strong leadership and communication skills

Working knowledge of galvanizing process is a must

Familiarity with safety standards and production KPIs
